Warm-up:
WIth a partner:
* Choose a distance jog between 800m and 1600m (your choice)
2 Rounds of:
* A's 30m
* High kicks 30m
* kareeokee 30m
* Plyometric jump 30m
* 100 skips (imaginary rope)
* 50 mountain climbers
* 30 inchworms
* 30 leg swings
* 30 Jumping Jaks
WOD:
2 sets:
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 20 lunges
  • 50 squats
  • 20 side lunges

"CORE"

  • 1 set 20 reps crunches
  • 1 set 15 reps right leg crunch
  • 1 set 15 reps left leg crunch
  • 1 set 15 reps both legs down crunch
  • 1 set 15 reps inverted crunch
  • 1 set 65 reps Mason twist
