Warm up:

50 Junmping Jacks
45 Crunches
2 minutes of skipping
"ARMS"
sets - 10 reps, Tricep Dips (15 pounds)
2 sets - 10 reps, Tricep extensions (15 pounds)
"STRETCH"
For the rest of the class I stretched out my legs and did some yoga to help prevent injury or soreness in any of my muscles.
